Diabetes, inflamed rheumatisms, neck hernia and calcification, lung diseases, shoulder around the muscles of the adhesion to the places and tendinitis are the most important reasons. Anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving drugs are given. The muscles are relaxed. Deep and superficial heating, electrotherapy, range of motion exercises including physical therapy cures is the best treatment for today. Physical therapy is applied in combination with home exercises. Stretching exercises increase joint movements. Factors causing the disease should not be neglected. Intraarticular injections to the shoulder or in some patients are good results. Hot and ice treatment is applied. Cold applications from the start-up period and in the advanced periods, more hot applications contribute to the improvement.
